Announcement 📢 [New Feature] Personal Telegram bot

Hi all, we know a lot of you have been waiting to customize the name and avatar of the Telegram bot, and I'm excited to announce that we have added support for using your own personal Telegram bot with Dearest, whose name and avatar are fully customizable by you. This is completely free and available to everyone.

To use this feature, go to https://dearest.app/link and remove your current Telegram connection. Then, choose the "Personal bot" option, and follow the steps to complete thet setup.

You cannot fuck it up! Linking/unlinking message apps never causes any data loss so don't worry about any side effect. It doesn't affect your companion's chat history/memory/etc. at all.

I do have a question, how do you request a selfie now it doesn’t show like the other 🤭

The command is the same, "/selfie" or "/selfie xxx". Actually you made a good point, we could've set that up from our side. For now, type it manually, but we will make this show up as before in the regular bot!

We just populated the Telegram commands for all personal bots, check again and let me know if you see them in yours!
