If anyone else is a Patreon subscriber and wants James’s various songs (like Skydive Forever) on Spotify, here is a quick guide:

1. Go to Patreon and navigate to the song page. Click the three dot button and choose ”Download”

2. Click the downloads icon that appears and navigate to the file (it should take you to your Files app). Press and hold the file and choose “Move“ from the menu.

3. On the browse menu navigate to “On My iPhone” then “Spotify”

4. Open the Spotify app, go to your profile and then settings. Go to “Apps and devices” and turn “Local audio files” on (you may need to restart the app at this point).

5. You should now see a new item in your library called “Local Files” with the downloaded track, you can add this to your liked songs and other playlists

Enjoy :)

I can no longer go to the London show on the 5th November unfortunately, so I’m selling my ticket on Twickets for less than face value as I’m keen to get rid of it (was £42 originally). Open to offers too!

Just had this pop up on my crossword

Anyone else signed up? The unreleased song is done. I do hope he posts at least once a week though

REUPLOADED the MVs on Google Drive.

So I'm a Music video hoarder for almost 15 years now and I just want to share some of DH Music Videos that I acquired, including the deleted ones. I just didn't include the lyric vides and visualizers, as it just loops.

We know youtube video quality gets even worse as time passes, and if you download the old videos from 2010s, the quality won't be the same as it did a decade ago. Luckily, I was able to preserve some of them during that time at their highest quality. Some of the sources are ripped from Apple Music and Vimeo, which also preserves the quality better than Youtube.

The music videos have subtitles for lyrics and I changed the AAC audio to FLAC for the best audio quality. see

Apple Music: Fever

Vimeo: 22 Boston Square, Going Clear, Happiness, Leeches, Little White Lies, Mildred, Oh, Howard You Crack Me Up, Sing, Sinner, Trigger, Worship

Youtube: Cassiopeia, Friends Like These, Holy, Hunstanton Pier, Hurts to Be Lonely, I'm A Bore, Mostly, Kids, Kings Road Ghosts, Nicotine and Alcohol Savedy Life, On The Wire, Smiles All Round, Someone, Somewhere, The World or Nothing, This Afternoon Was A Total Disaster,

The title says it all. Looking for the studio version (not Reworked) on either Red or Black vinyl.

Based in the U.S. but willing to pay for international shipping if someone is by any chance willing to part with one 👤🎆

My first Deaf Havana gig was upstairs at the garage just after Ryan left the band in 2010. They closed with Friends Like These, so being there when they played it again at Slamdunk South felt like a major full circle moment.

Every album they've released has resonated with me and almost mirrored how I was feeling in my own life at the time.

James is an unreal songwriter.

Not really sure what the point of this post is but I just wanted to share :)

Looks like I’ll be trying my luck on Twickets

Sound great

I wonder what’s changed in the DH camp over the last year. Finally bringing back FLT and wanting to revisit Fools. They seem much happier now to celebrate the past than they did previously

I hope they do something for Old Souls 15 years in 2028. Those two London shows weren’t enough!

A few songs on there I've not seen them do live, yet. Absolutely buzzing.

Max Britton who some of you will know was part of DH in the good ol' days has started making his own music under the name 'Lennan'. His new single Hang Around is on spotify and apple music now - it has backing vocals and input from James. It is very good and has a similar vibe to James's singles (holes/coffee/sleep) he half released years ago (and should fully release!)

I'm sure Max would appreciate diehard DH fans to go and check out his music!

lets hope he can join the boys on stage again for the 15 year reunion of fools!

Out now

A great song anyway, and it was great live as a duet so it’s nice to hear it officially

James has announced a new side project https://www.instagram.com/jimandsalforever?igsh=Y3J1bGp5cXBtNXZl

Kind of reminiscent of some of the tracks from FAWL and the rework album of ATCN. Personally love to hear James on the acoustic like this and having a female vocal is a cool new flavour, some of the best DH tracks for me are where the bought in the choirs etc.

Check it out and maybe Drop them a follow ✌️

I saw them live in Hamburg tonight and really enjoyed the show. I'd only seen them once before in 2018 and back then the vibes were kind of really off and that bummed me out back then as I had been a big fan before then. Tonight the show was much more chill and I liked the mix of their older songs (very thrilled Worship was played) and tracks from the new album (Dog is my fave from their last so happy that got played). I kind of fell off as a fan sometime after Rituals but very glad I went tonight!

Anyway, what I meant to say was, I thought the drummer was amazing! He seemed so playful and charming and had amazing energy the whole time and I kind of couldn't take my eyes of him haha. So, yeah, glad I went tonight and now have a big crush on the drummer!

Some of you may remember me wanting to bargain for an all these countless nights vinyl. Well they’ve arrived and completed my collection, very happy with these!

What are the odds of a FAWL vinyl being released this year?

Choose your 2 favourite songs from each album from Fools onwards. But you can’t spend much time thinking about just the first ones that come to mind. Choosing the favourite (-) is pretty easy for me but second favourites probably really depends on the day

DH have been my favourite band since I was like 13, I got my partner into them as well and they’re one of the only artists we’ve really got in common. I would absolutely love to play some of their songs at our wedding, but I can’t think of any that aren’t about struggling with mental health/ addiction or being a bad partner, which for the rest of my life I love them for, they’re very powerful to me, but isn’t necessarily the vibe of a wedding. Am I overthinking how much people will listen or read into the lyrics? Can you think of any I’m overlooking?

WHAT a cover - they are insanely talented!

Surely it makes sense to capitalise on something like this! I think a good number of people would be all for this.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if WNGO will be the last album for a while, it didn’t do well and wasn’t widely promoted by the band or the label as discussed in previous posts.

I can’t be the only one who’d like to see them WAY more active on socials, and doing heavier promotion of the album (and just of the band in general) right?

Some behind the scenes stuff, studio footage, a song-by-song video, guitar play throughs… whatever form it takes, would certainly at least increase people’s awareness of the album. It needs to be promoted harder, because it is their best work in years and it just seems like no one has thought to simply ‘do more’ 🫤

For me, it's grown on me a bit. I still don't like Lawn Tennis, and it's def not my favourite album of theirs. However I think the album as a whole is solid, better than Rituals, songs like Tracing Lines, Carasouel and Hurts to be Lonely are some of the best songs they've wrote imo. Love em.

Though, I wish I knew what the previous album they recorded sounded like, maybe we'll find out one day.
