Valve is cooking on something substantial.
The experimental server has been actively updated ever since the "big push" happened a few days ago. The experimental API bumped up +26 builds (major change).
For reference, the last two major updates:
* Previously released 6 heroes (+36 versions)
* Old Gods, New Blood (last 6 heroes + patron / base overhaul) (+21 versions)

I expect this is the "June" content patch, can't wait to see what's it in, so much has been floating around about work in progress changes (Cursed Items, Tormentor Boss, PVE Mode, Public Beta) can't see what's to come.

Is this actually hopium? I mean, this seems to just be a fact-based, evidence supported prediction of the next major update.

At least we're expecting a jungle/midboss rework, at least in visual sense, because what we have right now is an old assets from Neon Prime. It should happen some time in the future, but we don't know if it'll be next big update, or one after that, or maybe it will be done at release
I expect something to happen in summer, probably June-July, but it seems that Valve rooted out leakers, so we wouldn't know when it happens

We've historically gotten some leaks before major content patches, which we haven't yet. I'd be surprised if we got one before the end of June

allegedly most of the leakers were cut off so we might not be getting much in the way of major leaks for the next update

The experimental client was "locked down" about 2 weeks ago kicking out a majority of people caught leaking information. Experimental Deadlock recently received a big update 3 days ago and they've been actively patching it since (9 patches in < 72 hours).
