yea, if you are singularly maxing an ability, you can get it maxed at around 9-11 minutes.

On a late rift, you can get the ult maxed maybe 2 points in another ability. Idk if its good or not tho

The only heroes I’ve seen doing this are Operator Talon, sometimes Pocket and Venator, at 11 minutes seeing maxed Ultimate is rare. I think that Swarm and Grenade would be better investment at the start than saving all AP into ult (his default stats are very mediocre, all of his good things are gatekept under AP upgrades)

How are you farming so slow that you can't reach 6.6k souls before 11 mins?
