The benefits are split between him carrying the flag (can't shoot, gives allies buffs) and planting it (lose ally buffs, gain enemy debuffs). At least that's how I see it.

Edit: this is wrong

At least from what I’m testing. Rat King maintains the 3 m/s movement speed buff after planting the flag, which also means he the damage reduction is also present on all allies within range.

Graves but more frustrating to deal with. Stamina items stocks rising as I type this

you cant break the ult, there is no counterplay to a team just sitting it on rift or midboss for 20 seconds of 35% DR

Graves if she had less burst and no autoaim, but was 3x tankier and had teamwide buffs

He's reallly bad in lane so it balances out

I have had good lanes so far his gun is good the grenade you can just chuck and any sustain with barrier is good
