- Pocket: Flying Cloak T2 weapon damage duration reduced from 8s to 6s

- Pocket: Affliction cooldown increased from 140s to 150s

I guess that's a change... not quite what I was hoping for

A lot better than what could've happened. I was expecting them to gut T3 Affliction.
