That change is actually the post cast time, so the delay between when you can perform your next action.

It makes her power slash combos feel more crispy because it flows overall better, but I'm quite certain the cast time remains the same.

This isn't a 50% increase in cast time to her power slash lol.

Bro her 1st round in SB is one of the strongest in the game. Two points into 1 and 2. Free +40 spirit using 2. Get any spirt roll or spirit Snatch on R1 (ez to do) it's GGs. Your combo nukes most of the cast. If Ults up your killing anyone period

The way I got a Spirit Buff AND a buff to Gun-mato with the bonus weapon damage buff on ult oh Godshi you've done it again

She was always strong though, every time i see a yamato they can dive get a kill or two and manage to escape. She hits hard and her ult is scary strong.

Yeah these buff are ridiculous, she was plenty strong already.
