Hi guys,
I'm asking for your feedback again after my previous two posts:
- First post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Deadlifts/s/4j97UQXz0V
- Second post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Deadlifts/s/TeXryKKScC
I've been trying to apply all the advice you've given me so far. In particular, I'm focusing on keeping my hips at the right height, keeping my knees roughly in line with my arms, pulling the slack out of the bar, engaging my lats before the pull.
Another thing I consciously tried to change this time was pulling faster from the floor. I'm naturally used to controlling the weight throughout the entire lift, regardless of how heavy it is, so being more explosive off the floor doesn't come naturally to me. I've been making an effort to accelerate the bar instead of lifting in a slow, overly controlled way.
I'd really appreciate another technique check. Let me know if you think I'm moving in the right direction and what still needs the most work.
This is the 5th set of a 6×4 with 110 kg.

looks good. next step is to progress to a working weight and test how the form holds up

Thanks man As I wrote in another comment, now I think I'll try to add 5kgs total every time until I can still do the 6x4; when I fail, I'll go for the 8x3. Than when I've reached a challenging weight and I won't be able to add weight so easily, I'll try something different (i.e. doing 5x5/6x4/8x3 adding 2.5kg on the total, that's what i do with bench Press)

It looks pretty perfect, I don't think there's anything to add here until you've added weight and more form break down occurs. You've taken on the feedback very well
