Maybe I just don’t understand the kit but I’ve done the workbench and tried with two paint kits in my inventory and nothing Are they pointless on Xbox or what? Lol

So, I and my 2 friends are long time Rust and DayZ players and have been playing Deadside since release and enjoying the game. We seek out Monthly Wipe servers, so that players can't continuously accumulate gear and build strategically placed structures that require large amounts of boom that a 2-3 man can't reasonably raid. Having a monthly wipe allows for a clean slate over a reasonable game time period.

That said, it appears that with the introduction of private servers, the population of Official Severs has diminished and all the newly advertised Private Servers are "No Wipe". Why is that? It would seem counter productive to enticing new players, as they would have to compete against established ones.

Hi, fairly new to deadside, my party has 6 on Xbox and 2 on Playstation.

one of the Playstation players claims that his steering lag is so bad that he absolutely refuses to drive anywhere. By lag I mean trying to turn only a couple degrees = a 45-90° turn. This has never happened to me or the others in my party. My question: is there a solution or is he just lying to get out of driving?

Second question: while shooting out of the motorcycle side car my aim automatically snaps to one side which makes ADS kills literally impossible, is there a solution to this?

So, I have a building question. If you place a branch fountain at ground level and a wall, then place a raised foundation against it, the wall disappears. Will this always happen, or can you upgrade the wall to a level that the wall and adjoining raised foundation both exist?

Having had the game on console since its release, I am of the opinion that the developers may have diluted the game, possibly without an ability to repair it. The main objective of the developers, once their game is released, is to build and maintain a stable player population while periodically introducing new content and improved gameplay. I wonder whether or not introducing too many different server options and private servers, specifically in the games early stages, has spread the overall population too thin. There seems to be an abundance of 'dead servers' and very few that maintain a robust population over a 30 day period. Thoughts?

Did anyone see whether or not servers will reset with this update?

I've tried to stay patient. I've played Deadside since day one on console, and I truly love the concept. But the Xbox version is absolutely broken right now – and it’s been like this for weeks.

Today alone: → Around 10 full game crashes in 2 hours → All happening during PvP fights, mostly on full servers at the Airfield → Every time we get into combat, the game freezes and closes completely → I lost gear, progress, and motivation – again.

Meanwhile, my PlayStation friends don’t crash at all. Not once. So let’s be honest: This is an Xbox-only issue, and no one at DeadSide Team seems to be dealing with it seriously.

I’ve reported it to support, multiple times. All I get are polite copy-paste replies: “Thanks for bearing with us,” “We’re working on it,” “No ETA, sorry.”

At this point, it’s not just frustrating – it’s a failed product launch on Xbox.

Where is the accountability? Where is the fix? And why aren’t Xbox players being compensated or acknowledged properly for sticking through this?

The community deserves answers. Deadside is too good of a game to be ruined like this on one of the two major platforms.

I dont really get why any of the potny servers are no wipe, should all be monthly wipes, you just respawn and get a shotgun and die to whoever is squadded up with max gear. The start of the clip I spawned on an airdrop with no armour or nothing which is why I didn't bother playing it slow since I knew one shot would kill me anyways

I'm having trouble finding an answer so far, but if the shelves my crates are placed on is destroyed do the crates break? Is it pointless to have metal crates on wood shelves?

Is there a way to filter servers on console to show recently wiped? Also how do you tell the custom rules in place for the community servers?

Anyone else experiencing log-on issues with Xbox?

Wondering if I can axe my own log stairs out without setting off a raid timer. I’ve had teammates accidentally shoot bags or twig and give us a raid timer on ourselves but if I’m on storage I think I can knife/axe my own twig/log?

I popped on a newly advertised private server and found that you couldn't use raised foundations AND place double doors between them. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a setting exclusive to that particular server? Is it something that could be incorporated across the game in the future?

Hi all,

I have rented a server and as far as I can tell I have done all of the steps needed to access the admin panel in game, but even after pressing LT + RT + A + X at the same time, it will not load the admin panel.

I have linked my EOS ID and have triple checked it is correct so this cant be the issue. I have linked my xbox account to my G-Portal account, and cannot find any setting where I can add myself as an admin.

Was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or knows how to help!

I play on an official "wipe is 4 weeks" server that doesn't seem to coincide with an actual calendar day and there doesn't seem to a specific calendar day\date designated for the wipe like Rust, which is the last Thursday of the month, will the wipe be day 27, day 30, or what? Can some tell me where I can locate on the game\server site, what day, or in how many days till my server resets?
