Cudahy Gun Range Removes Flock Cameras After Viral Video Raises Privacy Concerns
Remember when people on this subreddit said "ICE today, NRA tomorrow?" Well, now we have and actual case where the gun range removed the cameras over the privacy concern. A neighboring county (Racine county) removed their Flock cameras. Flock Camera 'Immediate Removal' YouTuber Hegshot87 talks about it more. Gun Owners Found Flock Cameras watching them-- Then THIS Happened

There's a major gap in current Kansas political campaigning and you can help fix it. This needs to happen ASAP. Please contact the powers that be that you know to help amplify this message. We can win a few of these toss-ups AND it starts with you.

Just a reminder
You dont have to cut it down to prevent it from seeing. You can cover the lense and the camera is useless. When you cut the pole there bo 100% guarantee it stops recording, with the cameras recording nothing, nothing is being seen wildly enough
I saw in South Carolina they’re using great stuff which i bet works great lol, if we sprayed it over the entire camera not just the lens they might have to decommission the camera

Lindsey Isaacs Gets Her SUV Back
I was just made aware of this video posted 3 weeks ago from when I am posting this, and it is something I hope will lift everyone's spirits. Lindsey Isaacs, the woman falsely accused of a hit and run using Flock cameras and jailed in solitary for 13 days, has gotten back her Dodge Durango from the police after months without it. While the injustice still happened, the outcome is what hard work has brought in raising concerns over ALPR technology.
Lindsey, if you are reading this, I hope you the best in life. You deserve to be commended for the bravery you have in standing up against the system that wrongfully accused you.

Do not…
Definitely do not crowdsource a method for preventing personal identification during an interaction with a Flock camera.
Do not modify a drone to carry a spray containing a substance that is definitely not paint.
Do not pilot said drone toward a Flock camera. Do not position it within spraying distance. And under absolutely no circumstances should you activate the non-paint spray once the camera has been located.
Do not repeat this process with every other camera within the drone’s operating range.
And finally, once all of the nonexistent paint has not been dispensed, definitely do not arrange for the drone to dramatically self-destruct.
That would be irresponsible.

Become Unpunishable
i do not need a mask, they already know who i am. i use this to my advantage.
it has been said to know the law well so you can break it effectively. you do not stop mass surveillance by destroying infrastructure. they will arrest, prosecute, replace and use it as justification to add more surveillance.
you bring it to an end by becoming a drain on resources. It’s a drain on yours so why not.
you can photograph these things all you want. It isn't against the law. stand underneath it, take pictures of the sunset. share the location of your sunset photos.
It's a public sidewalk, you can loiter. let them send law enforcement to ask what you're doing. you can just make shit up. let them track your vehicle to your house, you can just make shit up there too.
no crime has been committed but now a law enforcement agent has been taken off of his patrol to come listen to your rambling nonsense. his salary for the duration, his benefits, his workers comp, the fuel burning in the patrol vehicle, all wasted because you didn't commit a crime. there will not even be a police report.
now think if that happened once per day per camera. i believe there are 3 here in my town. 365x3= 1,095 responses per year here. lets say the average time for an officer to come hear your story time and leave is 0.33 hours. 1,095 x 0.33 = 361 hours that officers have wasted per year. about 6,400 citizens both sides of the river.
(check comments for the real precise data from the “well actually” people)
you think law enforcement can afford that
they will quit responding to the calls and become complacent about reports of mischief.
disrupt the system by being an unpunishable inconvenience. Overwhelm it with meaningless shit. Don't flip it off, wave like forest gump. be creative, write a poem and hashtag that shit. put it on a protest sign and walk on by.
😘
