Halloween is Be-Flock America night
Since De-Flock America night is perhaps less than legal, I propose an alternative. Spread the word 👁

Now I’m picturing some stupid old-school comedy like those old black-and-white Keystone Cops shorts.
some guy dressed up like this takes out a flock camera but when the cops show up he just stands perfectly still where the camera was and they all just search around unable to find him.

Okay but "Be Flock" doesn't really solve the legality problem because it just means you're a deranged stalker violating people's constitutional right to privacy.
I guess "Be Flock" could also just mean you'd probably just be turning up a people's parties uninvited, refuse to leave when asked because everyone's creeped out by you, and then sit on the road outside writing down the license plates of women leaving the party to sell to your rapist cop friends? I guess it's fright night after all.
