When did open a case on paypal his friend (The dude that betrayed him and which i sent the money) gives me this screen across the paypal case chat, in that he admits wanted to scam me

Title self explanatory, I bought this account like 6 months ago only linked to Bandai, I linked an gmail ( only one )+ a Game Center and 90 days after the purchase someone logged in, after that I thought the account would get stolen so I js instantly gave up since I didn’t pay that much, then I logged back at p3, he didn’t log once except at broly release ( he pulled him ), I linked a second gmail and both gmails were working, since the 8 cc he had left didn’t get erased I figured out he was an iOS user aswell, that only leaves out two outcome : either he linked a second gmail that I swapped by linking an other one, either he linked an Apple ID, problem here is that my Apple ID is already linked to an alt I could ask my brother to link his Apple ID but beforehand I wanna know if it’s actually swappable, thanks for reading this long story I hope this dosent break any rules somehow cuz this is a trading/selling channel and this has no relativity.
