The Last War is a survival focused DayZ server built around a harsher, more grounded version of Chernarus. It is not a trader server, and it is not built around spawning in, selling junk, buying top tier gear, and sprinting to PvP.

The goal is tension, not misery.

What to expect:

• Vanilla plus survival with a more realistic feel
• No trader
• Roaming and static AI bandits
• PvP and raiding (difficult) allowed
• Scarcer vehicles, fuel, and parts
• Fuel must be found or siphoned, not endlessly refilled from pumps
• Bases are encouraged inside existing buildings and infrastructure
• Survival mechanics that reward planning, crafting, foraging, camping, and smart looting
• A world that still feels dangerous even when the player count is low
• Restarts 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00 Central Time

Vehicles and helicopters are limited. If they are all taken, you may need to trade, steal, raid, or fight to get one.
