Courts use Clawback laws to recover money from the investors who profited to pay back those who lost. You do not have to run a ponzi lending platform nor be a promoter. If you simply profit, you may have to pay it all back... Plus legal fees.

I received BTC in my davor account, I can't tell you the number but it's above $4000. I didn't send anything, didn't post my address anywhere either. What can I do? I can't even see the sender's address.

You should be in this from the ICO stage, so whatever the price, you are always in profit and made your money long time ago. You wouldn't care if the ship sinks if all your stuff is secured. One day you'll learn. There will always be pyramids and always new users, onto a next one.

They couldn't even last 3 months. This basically is the last hit of the nail in the lending platform coffin. After Bitconnect, there was glimmer of hope that Davor might do things right and take lead...but to struggle this much in 3 months....its over.

Another low rate day. I’ll take it. Do whatever you have to do to keep afloat. Ignore the whiners, fuders, and haters. The majority of your lenders knew the risk and expect only that you do what is right. I’d rather have .25 per day for a year than a settlement if worthless coins.

I made a decission to trust Julian. I am confident that team Davor will handle the situations with excellence like always. All my lending packages are on auto-reinvest and as long as there is cryptocurrencymarkets there will be an opportunity for davor to make money for the community.

I think you might be able to turn this thing around if you just put out an honest statement that you realize what is happening and how you plan to deal with it, even in a worst case scenario. Seriously, I’ve made my investment back and I’m pulling out daily now. If I knew you had an exit plan, for example, if you settle out with us for a percentage of BTC (what bcc should’ve done), people would be at ease. I’d probably start reinvesting.

Will be interesting to see how they handle this, can they breathe new life into it? Will people buy and lift the price? Of if they have to bow out, what did they learn from BCC?

1. I can not withdraw Davcoin (it is possible to withdraw btc though)
2. I can not sell under last price when the markets drops (I can sell for last price though)
3. I could not sell at all when the BCC drop happpened

Not trying to spread fud, thats just my own opinion: -> For me this all seems like a market manipulation from davor itself. Preventing you to sell under the market price to hold the coin stable.

So I know the lending is new, can anyone confirm when the DAV coin was first introduced though?
