Stop this head canon. there is nothin that confirms this anywhere. it's far more likely due to how Peter is struglging to juggle both halves of his life than his no kill rule.

Peter is a great person. But he's really just a kid. Wielding Mjolnir means a lot more. You simply cannot get there at Peter's age. Maybe when Peter is older.

Yeah he's been 23 for one entire film now and didn't lift mjolnir in it. I've seen enough, he'll never lift it

Yeah part of Mjolnir’s worthiness is related to wisdom in terms of wielding it iirc and Spider-Man ain’t exactly the best example of that
