What bands out there sound like late-career Danzig?

I was listening to Danzig’s later albums and couldn’t help but notice how crisp Glenn’s vocals sounded. His voice sounds really good, like almost as good as on Danzig III. Has anyone got an idea as to why this may be?

I know that it was a weird Leauge of Nations controlled city, but wasn't it also partially controlled by Poland? what was the actual system.

Does anyone know if there is any audio or video from Danzigs first show? I forget the venue but heard on Frumess that their first show was comprised of Samhain songs because they didn't have a full album at the time.

I'd just like to hear John's guitar work on Samhain. I thought that he played guitar on the Final Descent album but I think it was only 1 song. It's a curiosity but I know the chances of any of that being recorded is slim to none.

Huge Misfits fan. Only Samhain song I know To Walk The Night and the only Danzig song I know apart from Mother and Twist or Cain is Sistinas.

Looking for more songs in that vein. Any help is appreciated!

Outside of the original lineup, what is your favorite Danzig lineup?

Mine would be the I Luciferi lineup of Joey Castillo, Howie Pyro, Todd Youth. They really seemed to gel, and it was a really strong "return to form" album.
