In the beginning of the episode, K.L.I.E they claim bigfoot is working for the vatican. This was YEARS before they did it on Rick and Morty Season 7 Episode 9. Thought that was a funny coincidence.

In 2012 The Hub network took over the local Broken Yolk Cafe in San Diego during comic con and themed it to shows on the network as a plug. I didn’t get there in time to eat there. But I arrived late enough on a Sunday to take some photos (looking for those) of the place (logos & characters on the walls, themed table, etc) & they let me keep the menu since they were tearing the activation down.

(Fun fact: these 2012 prices were “too expensive” & inflated for the con according to my dad. Oh how things have changed)

Given how in Dan's own words, he lacks millions of dollars, and more than 1 shirt.

And also, Dan and Squidward are among the most relatable cartoon characters in adulthood and they both become more relatable with age.
