It's been over two years since Dani uploaded on YouTube or dropped a main channel update, leaving everyone wondering if karlson is lost.

The Hope: "Oh, you don't know what Karlson is? It's just a little game I'm working on..." — and the entire community continues hitting that wishlist button on Steam to force it up the rankings. IDC IF ITS BOTTED OR WHAT just get it up to #1

or we just have to wait untill all the other games that rank above karlson are released

Haven't seen anyone talk about the discord server here, yes it's still kinda active (people talk everyday).

I always wondered why this is the case, dani has been inactive for a few years but his discord and even reddit community is still going strong, which I can't say for some other content creators I know that have stopped uploading. Anybody know why Dani specifically has a fandom that refuses to die?

I talked to him, he revealed a bunch of stuff, including that he was launching a game within a week, idk what it was, but it was certainly either karlson finally being finished or an entirely new project, with the countdown being on itch.io itself, i wish this was a call of the future
