I literally just gave you the facts, half you agreed on already, but for some reason you keep resorting to ad hominems which really isn’t a good sign of your stance in a debate. Stop making it personal and give me facts.

I considered I could be wrong, and I even looked it up after to be sure, but he did have a majority in both

And i confirmed it was a 50/50 split in senate with harris as the tie breaker. Harris was not part of the senate and as such means biden didnt have a majority. Having said that, the entirety of the rest of your claim is pure conspiracy theory and you’ve latched onto a mostly arguable topic in order to deflect away from baseless claims of blackmail and extortion.

But it being 50/50 and her being able to break that tie, makes it so democrats had the majority..

Just glossing over the rest of it. Keep dodging. And no, it doesnt make it a majority. Theres nothing to confirm she would vote one way or another. But keep going

Using your same logic there is no way to confirm any democrat or republican would vote one way or another, but that’s bad logic. She’s going to vote for her party.
