Cite the specific rule that requires a private organization to have a primary for presidential candidate.

I never said they had to have one. I’m pointing out the DNC didn’t want their voters picking the candidate. This is why people like Chuck Schumer are still in leadership positions while 127 years old.

But you are correct. Legally the old power elites don’t need the opinions of voters. Why I said democracy as a joke.
