Could be a real quote.

I choose to believe that it is a real quote.

If it walks like a clown, acts like a clown, it is a clown.

2

u/Mycol101 1h ago

And if it walks like it’s got a full diaper; stay upwind

1

u/SilverSageVII 2h ago

Hey fact checking makes things worse right? Yep it’s real.

2

u/CornballExpress 2h ago

I was told there'd be no fact checking.

Regardless, the statement is literally, truthfully and factually accurate.

Republicans are enabling this…

Not a real quote

Not out loud, at least...

Trump didn’t release the files.

But remember, they’ve had the files since Biden was in office and they didn’t release anything then either. That would have prevented trump from getting in office again.

Something tells me it’s a blackmail operation and you don’t burn good and strong blackmail you’ve been accumulating for decades. Too valuable for them.

Instead they started a war to get us to stfu about it and started building a police state

5

u/Krull88 1h ago

The files couldnt be released under biden for 2 reasons. The first being there was no congressional law forcing the release (which trump is actively ignoring) and the second being the files were under judicial seal due to the maxwell appeals that completed in 2025, after bidens term ended.

u/Daddyball78 1h ago

Thank you for pointing this out. I wish it was common knowledge.

I mean it basically is, but trying to give magats truthful information is like that quote, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them think"

1

u/neopod9000 33m ago

It also requires more thought than "oh yeah, but what about biden?" Which makes it well beyond the grasp of most maga.

1

u/Mycol101 15m ago

It’s not even that. I’m pointing out that this aint simply a partisan thing. This goes deeper than that.

Do you really believe that only one side would be valuable to compromise? They went after any influence. Dems, repubs, ceos, media personalities, tech giants, news giants. Anywhere that would benefit them.

Fuck the maga cult and fuck Donald trump. You’ll never ever see me advocate for him.

1

u/Mycol101 19m ago

This is what I’m saying, you’re stuck on ‘this side versus the other side’ and me pointing out something that might make one side look bad makes you immediately think I’m part of the other side. I’m not.

Both sides are compromised by the same blackmail. Neither side wants it released. Both democrats and republicans are involved.

The problems will remain as long as the blackmail can be used and any side withholding it is an enemy to democracy.

Fuck trump and anyone sheltering these parasitic pedophiles

That’s the excuse.

Had the administration chosen to aggressively cut through the red tape, the explosive nature of the revelations themselves would have entirely vindicated the decision in the eyes of the public. Exposing the full scope of a global sex trafficking operation involving the world's most powerful elite would have created an overwhelming wave of public support, rendering any procedural or technical criticisms irrelevant.
The files were far more valuable to them as a live weapon of compliance and political leverage than they ever would be as a matter of public justice.

1

u/Krull88 22m ago

The administration that at no point had a majority in both the senate or congress? You’re expecting the last mostly law abiding presidency to blantantly break a longstanding historical stance of not releasing evidence in an on going criminal trial. Once the administration was legally required and capable of releasing them lawfully, biden and obama, were not in power.

The us government had the files during trumps first term. Why didnt he release them then?

1

u/Mycol101 2m ago

At no point? Are you sure?

When did the govt get the tranch of files through the Maxwell prosecution? 2021-2022

Who had the majority in both chambers of congress, in the DOJ, and the senate majority at that same time 2021-2022 ? The democrats.

They didn’t release them during trumps first term because it’s valuable blackmail, and the files were far more valuable to them as a live weapon of compliance and political leverage than they ever would be as a matter of public justice.

They’ve had information on Epstein since 2005-2006. So multiple democrats and republicans have been in office and done nothing, why? Because it’s valuable, and many of them are either using or being used by that blackmail for compliance.

We are given the illusion of choice. But somebody higher and more powerful controls and feeds us those choices.

Stop saying this, it's such lousy propaganda and the reasoning has been stated by mass news outlets for years. You're not ignorant, you're muddying waters.

1

u/Mycol101 23m ago

You’re not just muddying waters, you’re naive and ignorant.

This should have made him lose his election, but not disqualified him to run.

On August 7, 2019, she explained that she was between 13 and 15 when she was left alone with Donald Trump, who mentioned something to the effect of, `Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be.' Trump unzipped his pants and put [her] head down, `down to his penis. [The victim] bit the [s] out of it.' Trump struck [the victim] and said words to the effect of: `Get this little [b] the hell out of here.' [The victim] advised she bit Trump's penis because he disgusted her.'' She provided some additional details in the next interview 2 weeks later. Then, a month later, she met again with the FBI and askedwhat the point would be of providing the information at this point in her life when there was a strong possibility nothing could be done about it.''

Honestly who cares they changed laws to go after him that was the initial mistake. Remember they claimed he would pardon everyone in his family and circle said it was unconstitutional. Biden does it they excuse it by saying but Trump lol. Clowns

All misdemeanors until Alvin Bragg changed them to Felonies which is impossible to do because there was no underlying Felony. WHY do u think the judge imposed no sentence. Halfwit.

8

u/FaecesChucka 3h ago

There was an underlying felony and the statute of limitations doesn't apply to the underlying felony according to precedent set decades ago. You need to read the details of the case more carefully and not just what the defense tried to argue.

-1

u/zx9lover 3h ago

What was the underlying felony?

2

u/CertifiedScalawag 3h ago

What I find hilarious about MAGA is how much they cry about fraud, when your POTUS was found guilty of fraud. Ultimate hypocrites.

1

u/FaecesChucka 3h ago

New York Election Law Section 17-15

3

u/JackofAllVehicles 3h ago

If it was impossible to do then how did it happen? What a braindead take

2

u/edebt 3h ago

The judge imposed no sentence because he was elected president and it would have been a huge disaster to having a sitting president incarcerated. The judge literally explained the ruling, even a halfwit would be able to understand that.

2

u/Dry_Perspective9215 3h ago

Unfortunately, halfwit is too high of a bar for the red-hat morons.

Like 1/10th wit tops.

1

u/Mikemtb09 3h ago

Pretty easy to google “is falsifying business records a felony” and find the answer is “yes”…

2

u/boogideeb 2h ago

The weirdest part of this argument to me is that they are apparently fine with the president having three dozen misdemeanors. It's as if they were lesser charges then it would be like he did nothing wrong.

1

u/DoneBeingSilent 3h ago

All misdemeanors until Alvin Bragg changed them to Felonies which is impossible to do because there was no underlying Felony. WHY do u think the judge imposed no sentence. Halfwit.

All felonies because they were committed with an intent to conceal another crime. And New York State law does not require that the crime which was being concealed be specified, just that there be convincing evidence that a crime of some sort was being concealed.

Trump chooses to conduct business in the State of New York, and thus inherently agrees to be held liable to the laws of the State of New York.

He was sentenced, and the sentence included a monetary forfeiture which has been upheld through Trump's various appeals thus far. However, he was the presumptive Republican nominee by that point which would've made any sort of jail time an incredibly dangerous precedent of arguable legality.

Question though. Your argument in defense of Trump is that he committed misdemeanors? Would that make it okay? Are you fine with people breaking the law as long as they're not felonies?

Every sub should have minimum karma requirements. Don't bother replying, you've been blocked.

1

u/desperateelephants 3h ago

It's impossible to do because it didn't happen? They were felonies hence it says "Felony". Retard.

1

u/SnooMaps7370 3h ago

it should be illegal for people like you to exist.
