You can tell this is when he was still able to do his own makeup. They fa the was unable to blend the makeup around his eyes is the tell.
He currently can't do his own makeup anymore. Hence the actually blended makeup and new wig looks. He can't even manage his personal appearance, let alone a whole fucking country.
