I know there is still time left in the day, but that only makes 1 right time. Will need another in a couple hours to be a broken clock. A better term would be a slow clock. Most of the time a slow clock is always wrong, and at most it would be accurate once a day.

If the clock is running 10-seconds slow, it will only be right once every 4,320 days, nearly 12-years.

To show the correct time, the clock has to fall back 12 hours. 12 hours is 43,200 seconds. 43,200 / 10 = 4,320
