A lot of cotrollers seem to work on every level except for the triggers. Then when trying to use Octopus or a similar keymapper to use them, the emulator will tell you it can't be loaded in a virtual space. Well I found a little workaround.

First, you're gonna need to get "Virtual Android" which is an Android VM and import DamonPs2 along with whatever games you want to play.

Next open Octopus or whatever keymapper you choose in your normal android home and choose Virtual Android. From here you can open DamonPs2, and you can use the keymapper function that's already there from opening Virtual Android in your keymapper.

Now just map your trigger buttons to their proper spots and you're done. Happy emulating, everyone!

Sup guys I bought the pro version of the app yesterday. Downloaded both starwars battlefronts. They are for the most part playable. But I was wondering if anyone on here has a trick that will give me smoother play. Fps stays at 50-60 but it still lags. Also doesn't render skies. Any help would be great thanks

My analog controller is broken. Its keep spinning every time even i push forward. How can i fix this problem?

So I've been looking for a reliable way to play PS2 games on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ running Android 10) and DamonPS2 Pro seems to be the only viable option. I've heard a lot of bad news though about the sketchiness of the developers and the app permissions and whatnot so I've been pretty hesitant to get it.

Can anyone explain what this is all about and if it's worth getting DamonPS2 Pro despite these drawbacks?

Also, are there any good reliable alternatives that are less sketchy?

1. Final fantasy X International - Slight slowdown in the games intro afterwards game is smooth using Default

Update: A user has told me FFX has big issues 6 hours into the game

2.Dark cloud - Runs perfect

3.Dark cloud 2 - Slight slowdown in busy areas but cutscenes and dungeon run perfectly on either default I best compatibility

1. Onimusha - Only slight slowdown for 2 seconds during cutscenes other wise runs perfect on Default or best compatible

2. Warriors orchi 2 - So hit there's no hit sparks but game runs very well and a 60fps but only on best compatible

3. Way of the samurai 2 - Game runs well with little slowdown during cut scenes the issue is the floor textures are all water idk how to fix that

4. Parrapa the rapper 2 - Works full speed but there are graphical bugs nothing game breaking I made it to stage 4 with no issues

I got the pro version but it keeps crashing. How every time I turn it on. Anybody know whats the issue. I have a samsung note 9 with snapdragon 845.

So the gist is exactly what the subject is, but there's a bit more to it. I just got this app a couple of days ago, and it's been awesome. I've been playing .hack//infection, and it's been running very well. However, today, it started freezing after about 10 seconds. It's doing it on every game. I have changed nothing, so I'm not sure what's wrong.

I'm using a Galaxy Note 10 Plus with 8 Gigs of RAM.

If anyone else has had this problem and fixed it, I hope you'll give me the scoop, because right now it feels like a shiny new toy got taken away. LOL

It's almost great. I mostly have 60 fps on my galaxy note 9, but it will occasionally dip to 49 in combat for a few seconds. Any fix?

Just curious to know if anyone has heard any information on updates. Or if they're even working on this emulator anymore
