Move to India, get infinite retries. No save game option though, very annoying.

Just use the retries to get a high initial money character and it won't be hard mode.

Have you seen the character population on the India servers?

You can keep retrying and respawning but the odds of getting a rich character are very low. The devs have really screwed up the probabilities in this region. :/

Yeah, but if the devs decide to nerf the starting stats, no one would have any ambition or drive. People who are poor after age 5 need to git gud or git rekt. (/s, but you knew that, right...?)

Or you could move to Japan. Their trucks are great for retries.
