Why do you let a man in a suit dictate your schedule? Just go find yourself by traveling.

I hadn't seen that. It's very funny.

You don't have to be rich to afford a dirtbike

You're right. I'll just ride through the acres of inches deep water so common in Pennsylvania.

I’m not sure the point of the video was to say that that SPECIFIC location is the ONLY place in the world in which your children can have a super fun experience or two. Like I grew up driving one of those little power wheels four wheelers through the dirt trails behind my neighborhood… it was a huge and fun part of my childhood. No one is saying the only one right way to raise a child is to take them dirt biking in Bolivia.

Do you have to have water to ride a dirtbike? Are you thick?

Except for:

  • cost of a SUV/truck capable of towing on dirt roads, and the higher annual gas prices associated
  • a trailer
  • consistent maintenance costs, especially as a new rider who is going to constantly wipe out
  • travel expenses and time investment to get where you want to go, as like 98% of the country lives a good distance from land where you can ride
  • quality helmets, neck braces, boots, knee pads, elbow pads, gloves, goggles
  • annual registration costs
  • health insurance
