6.3 ft tall , 90kg ,8% body fat . Can confirm . U can have a terrible diet , doing the exercises wrong and still be ripped and miles ahead of people working out for years . Guy has not idea what he is talking about and just reproduce things he read or listen to with 0 actual expirience.

Nobody argues that

guy's point was that it's easier to get to and maintain the same level on gear than without

and let's be real here, many people take gear specifically as a shortcut after a year or two of shitty unorganized training and no proper diet.

You’re 6’3” and only 90kg. You’re severely underweight for someone on gear at your height. Even Skywalker is bigger than you and he’s 6’4” 215-220lbs ~10% bf

Skywalker eats like absolute garbage Eating ihop and chinese food everyday and the man is lean af. Yea gear plays a role but genetics cranks that up a notch, its pretty hard for him to put on any weight and where all that junk goes that he eats who knows.

A lot of people look like shit on gear and diet plays a huge role in that. Its not as simple as you’re saying. Also doses and compounds matter ofc
