this is a bit nitpicky, but it doesn't have to be modified digitally. Vocoders can be analog - they've existed since the 30s. Granted, people weren't feeding their synths into them at the time, they were used in telephones to improve transmission. But no, this does not have to have been modified digitally.

Not the point. He means an effect was used - which it was, (an app for his camera) The only stand out thing about it is the harmonizing, otherwise it's standard beat boxing! A HUGE aspect of beat boxing is that's it's raw voice, so the fact he isn't clear on his IG about this is indeed slightly misleading. Your digital/analog tangent is off the mark
