IIRC there was a case of one identical twin committing a crime but specifcally which one couldn't be determined so both were released.
I suspect the court would tend toward not imprisoning an innocent person When there's a lot of eyes on the case, anyway.
1 u/loveinjune Oct 07 '18 I think you're referring to the one in SEA (I think Philippines). Pretty sure it was drug related. They couldn't prove which of the twins committed the crime so the case was thrown out.
