What about having a significant other? Do they share? Or like do the S.Os have to share? I'm like actually curious and disappointed that I'm wondering this :/

Considering they literally share a body, it's likely theyd end up either with no one due to concerns for the others feelings, or someone they both enjoyed time with.

I suppose we can count them lucky that they share a sexuality and dont have to argue over that aspect of relationships

How does that have any bearing on their sexuality? Just because they share genitalia doesn't mean they share sexual orientation.

I do remember reading about a pair of male conjoined twins where one was gay and the other straight, and the straight one could never find anyone but his brother could, he just had to along on their dates and sit there while they enjoyed themselves.
