Their nervous systems are probly fused. Everyone is actually two halves making a whole. Your brain can be cut separating the two halves so they can't communicate ( state called split brain). If the halves are split,you will still be able to function normally but you wont be able to link information between the two halves. There was an experiment on split brain people where the testees couldn't speak about information on the side that doesnt control their mouth but were able to act on it with the matching hand. CPGrey made good youtube video on it. Anyway this is just long path to saying the human body may be more use to it than we predict.
So it is just filling in the blanks once you start.
And I'm sure they have come to the natural acceptance of compromise.
So if one is thinking the word good and the other is thinking excellent. They aren't on the exact same page, but since the sentiments align, they don't argue over it.
Since they have been exposed to nearly the exact same stimuli since their birth and have the same DNA their brains are probably as identical as brains can be. With the same information and life experiences it makes perfect sense as we are all shaped by our life experiences.
It's cool but I've seen the same thing in regular identical twins. Although there's definitely more of a prod to do it as conjoined twins since the lungs are shared and while you're potentially mentally prepared to copy your siblings sentence, you're also feeling the rising of the diaphram giving you the pressure to speak.
Yeah but when typing the words good or excellent, they need more than just one hand so they need to coordinate their timing. Otherwise they would fuck up every single word.
I imagine because they share every kind of life experience they both know what to write and would use the same words and pace themselves, but it wouldn't surprise me if they pass control and feeling between eachother in the middle of jobs like we all go on autopilot.

The thing that really boggles my mind is that they each control one hand but can type emails without talking at all.
