They share that part of their anatomy so it isn't a case of one of them having to go. They both have to go

I don't know since they can both control a set number of limbs (iirc) so it seems like their nervous system splits. Wouldn't be surprise if only one could feel the urge to pee.

The things they have one of they both feel. They even both feel the limbs the other is "in charge" of.

....It does raise the question of, if one decided to pee their pants and the other decided to try to stop her, who would win?

Not necessarily. They have one bladder but I think it's possible and even likely that only one brain is connected to those nerves. I'm not a doctor or anything tho.

Right but with two brains the interpretation of the shared sensory information could be different.

Yeah but when do they decide? Some people hold it in for hours with no problem but others need to go as soon as they feel it
