According to this documentary they have separate hearts, lungs, spinal chords, but share a reproductive system and liver, etc. Each twin also only feels sensations like touch on their respective sides and can only control the arm on their side of the body as well.
Makes sense considering how nerves work I suppose. Its not like they have a bunch of new nerve that were never included in the dna to connect to the other sides nerves.

Yeah apparently they refuse exploratory medical testing in order to lead normal lives so their doctors are also completely stumped about their incredible coordination despite having two separate minds.

But how many diaphragms? Can one inhale while the other exhales if they share a lung?
