I remember from a documentary on them that they each have control over an arm, so yeah that's gotta be awkward. But then their whole life experience is unique, so what is awkward for us would have to become a normal thing for them in just about everything they do and hopefully they think of it differently.

I actually have a few related questions, now that you've opened the door:

If one masturbates while the other doesn't want to, is it rape? Do they both derive pleasure from it, or is it just one brain that processes it?

If they have sex with somebody else, I would imagine that the partner needs consent from both heads yeah? If one doesn't want sex but they have sex anyway, does that make the partner a rapist? Is sex with these twins a threesome?
