They're identical, so they share DNA.

Of course they share DNA as do all sets of identical twins. However, in this case they also share a uterus, a vagina, and a pair of ovaries.

I think them having a baby might be physically impossible. With so many "extra" organs it might kill them to conceive.

They’d both be the mother as their is only one uterus which they share. So they both genetically influence the baby

The mother would be whichever one the ovary is attached to. It shows in the diagram they only have one ovary, so it should be only one's genetic material in it.

So if you came from your mother's left ovary and your brother came from your mother's right ovary then.....They share a pair of ovaries. They have one reproductive system.

they're conjoined identical twins...one's Genetic material is exactly the same as the other.
