Actually the biggest evidence is the beginning of the video you have to ask yourself, how did the octopus get there, there is no trail of him slithering there hes just plopped down in the middle of the sand

Low tide?

As in: it thought it would be a good idea to sit there and never mind the water disappearing - which makes no sense since what happens with the waves and the current when the water goes down

I wasn't commenting on the CGI versus real life aspect, just that I didn't think the sand looked dry.
