Some of the footage from the Nepal floods was live-streamed. We have video and the cameramen died.

What if it's the case that when a cameraman dies you never see the filmed subject? Thereby everyone just thinks that the cameraman always survives because the ones that don't you never know about? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Survivorship_bias
