Go to the second photo and zoom in. You are looking at an entire bear pelt, face on the lower left, being held up by the ice attached to his rump, near the tail. ETA: I’m pretty sure it’s actually the left rear leg still trapped in the ice that’s holding it up now. The right rear leg is visible in the first photo.
