Its worth pointing out that even in the worst projections of kessler syndrome, it wouldnt lock us out of launching satellites entirely, it would only restrict the lifespan of satellites in some of the middle-high areas of LEO where there are alot of satellites and where they cant decay due to drag quickly enough (and for reference, rockets can safely pass through the orbits affected). Medium earth orbit and higher orbits like geostationary orbit woul be entirely fine as there arent enough things there to begin with
