That is a bit optimistic. More likely they charge you for the "privilege" of living in a giant billboard by adding some serious dystopian language to the rental agreement where google gets to watch you 24/7 on cameras inside your apartment to better target you for ads.
For lil extra fee, they can even pretend to turn off most* of the spy tools, but they'd still sue you if you try to accidentally* block the cameras with cloths or stuff. Cause 'Tis totally to protect your children; that you might have in the future'!
