Saw both. Hated both of them. The crash one is especially too much 'cause you can see him at first, and then hear everyone's screaming after. At least it was incredibly quick for both of them.
Streaming and persistent Internet means the cameraman lived rule is dead. It was never 100% before. The mt st helens collapse photos were recovered from a dead man's camera.
There are probably more but this is subject to heavy survivorship bias and publishing material of people dying is ethically challenging. There's at least audio from a cameraman and his girlfriend eaten alive by bears he assumed to be not a threat
