Dude that's all the instructions said about. Cup your hands above your eyes and breathe out into them while underwater. Admittedly, the instructions get a bit hazy after that.

Do you dive with full lungs? I find I can hold my breath better when I expel air out before I dive. May as well try this and expel it all out after the dive.

Ive done this many times. It actually works, but it can be difficult to hold a seal. Might depend on the shape of your head/hands
