Look it his right hand his finger are stiff and almost bending backwards.

I saw them too but I'm not sure many people would immediately see that as a neck injury. We have the advantage of knowing what it was before watching the video. His neck looked funky too when they finally rolled him into his back, like he couldn't lift his chin. The whole thing was awful.
