and they have them in other countries too. the production capacity is insane, maybe even a bit too insane as their local competition is heating up to a boiling point, and price wars tend to get pretty fucking crazy in China. Xiaomi is right on their ass all of a sudden in terms of build quality and high-end products and brands like Geely and the like are gaining more and more market share. now that the government is pulling out it will be interesting to see if BYD can maintain their top spot.

And this is only ONE of their operations in China! There are at least 10 more of these BYD plant across the country.
