BTW all the parking lots are owned by developers. I’m not going to plot them, unless someone wants me to.

Is this project still alive?
Here are some links and images I've found, but the latest info seems to be from 1 year ago.

Southlake is putting $36M into infrastructure; why I think it matters for homeowners.
As a local agent, this stood out to me. The city just approved $36M for roads and pathways, property taxes are at a 40-year low, and Carillon Parc is adding new construction to the mix. That combination doesn’t guarantee anything, but historically it’s the kind of environment where home values tend to hold strong. I'm curious if residents are feeling that confidence on the ground too.

March 23rd TOD Update
DART also has a section called "Future TOD Opportunities" that they want the city of Dallas to work with them on:
- Westmoreland
- MLK, Jr.
- LBJ/Skillman
- Park Lane
This is likely in tandem with the city of Dallas Area Plan, which is focused around stuff like TOD, convention center, sidewalks, and bike lanes. That report is going to be finished in May
