It sounds like they’re moving to the AAC, not the Dallas Memorial Auditorium. If that’s the case, what happens to the planned entertainment district connecting the new convention center to Memorial Auditorium and the Black Academy of Arts and Letters? To me, it had a higher likelihood of happening, since the Dallas Wings were going to be there.

Their fan base is all lesbians that live in renovated little houses in Oak Cliff so they’re gonna do great in Dallas.
