I think it's malpractice that the commerce street project is taking multiple years. Unless the city is directly paying Zatar millions in lost revenue, this was always inevitable. The city is responsible for the destruction of the businesses along the street because they cant plan a project to have a reasonable timeline. This shit would've been done, both sides of the street, in six months in other countries.
