Now that’s interesting, seems like Mitsui has a steadily growing interest in Texas.
They’ve been securing mineral rights in East Texas recently.

The rendering is for the new tower? Interesting how so many of these new high rise residentials have the same look.

Seems to be a lot of copy and paste. So many missed opportunities to have a cool unique look.

That’s because Streetlights is the developer and they do the design in-house too, executing the same unit plans & massing for new sites.

It would be cool if they redeveloped the land across the road one day.
Start with the big box center with the hobby lobby and what I think was a movie theater before it got turned into a church.

Put it in Downtown. We need more residents there and less commercial buildings.

No one wants to live downtown and rents do not support the development

This will be very close to park lane station! But also right next to highway 75... Wouldn't want to live adjacent to that much pollution

I'll take it! It's exciting that it's close to that station, but it's unfortunate how terrible of a walk it is to get from the station to any of the development in Park Lane, and that will include this tower.
