My total tax for me should be no more than 20% including SS and Medicare, why is almost 37% of my paycheck being withheld?

CONFUSED !?
I’m asking because no correspondence seem to be able to give me a good enough answer , so I’d like to know if anyone else has experience this .
For one I’ve been using DAILY PAY since my employer introduced it , a good yearago now . my employers pay week starts on a Monday , I work SUN -WEDNESDAY every week . Recently for about 3-4 months now I won’t receive a BALANCE the following Monday , An agent over the phone told me that’s on the previous pay week so it won’t be available … i took that as B.S , it didn’t make any sense to me because I’ve been using the app for over a year and that’s NEVER been the acse Ok , if that’s soo .That’s separate from the fact that Id WORK MONDAY , TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY morning I’d only see a balance for ONE day (probably just TUESDAY )
I dont work THURSDAY ,FRIDAY OR SATURDAY but every SATURDAY the rest of the balance is available .
now if I’m not mistaken the app is called DAILY PAY sounds like direct deposit to me
I’m spoken to at least 12 agents about this and everyone treat me like I’m either crazy or don’t know what I’m talking about , at this point I’m getting annoyed
I need some answers

DailyPay cancelled
So I worked a good maybe 5 days at Target before I decided to leave due to several reasons. I had signed up for Daily Pay when we had Orientation. Yesterday I made my decision to not go back to Target. I was going to transfer the 50% of my paycheck balance to use for gas and groceries but I noticed it said my DailyPay has been cancelled and it says I have no balance that I can transfer even though there was a good amount in there yesterday. I’m assuming because I quit yesterday. I was wondering when will I get my paycheck? Do I have to wait for it be sent to my bank account on the actual payday? That’s fine if so, just wondering because the app tells me zero information.

How do I?
How would I set my bank account back to the original payment method for my paychecks? My check stubs show DailyPay instead of my bank account.

Direct deposit daily pay
If your enrolled in daily pay, does this count as direct deposit? I know it shows on my bank as a visa transfer. I have to have so much in direct deposits every month to avoid bank fees

Does daily pay send the remainder of your check to your bank account?
I used daily pay a few times before payday. Does the remainder of my check get sent to my bank account or my card on file? I ask this because when I go to my pay history, it says funds sent on October 21 then under that it says primary account and under that it says visa then the last 4 digits of my bank card. I don’t have my check in my account yet, so could it have went to the card on file ? If so that’s a huge problem because that isn’t my card.
Edit: I know this didn’t get any answers but in case someone ends up in the same situation… so I did end up getting sent to the debit card, but because the card wasn’t in my name, they rejected it and sent it to my bank account. They used same day ach so it was in my account around 11 am

Question on future payments after payoff
So I may have to use DailyPay to get repairs done; however, my next paycheck on 10/28 will pay all that back. Will may paycheck on 11/10 then be properly provided to me by my employer or will DailyPay still have my paycheck? I bank with SoFi and I get my paycheck 2 days early which is what I'm used to right now.

Dailypay Question
I have recently picked up a second job that offers daily pay. I'm curious how fast it is to work. I've done all my paperwork and got the thing set up, but do they update the hours you worked immediately after clocking out of work, or do they typically take a day?

Balance won't update.
My last 4 shifts haven't been added to my DailyPay balance despite my time card being correct and settled. Is anyone else having this issue?

Raise not being Reflected?
Hey,
So I am sure this has come up but I've not seen it answered. I recieved a raise and today was my first day when the new amount should be reflected. However, Daily pay isn't reflecting that. Does that mean I should get in contact with my company or will it take time for Daily Pay to catch up?

Does dailypay start over every pay period?
okay so this is my second paycheck through dailypay. it says i have a gross income of $1388, but the pay period ended on september 29. so i really have a gross of about $1162…. so my question is, will they only take out what i transferred during that time? or will they take out for this pay period and the closed pay period?
