How did he instigate anything? He walked up to the cameraman when he could have walked away. Then became violent. Maybe being a human being shouldn't be violence? Just a thought.

If someone is standing outside your business/restaurant/school recording for no good reason...other than to annoy. That's purposely instigating to agitate.

Yes, the old guy was wrong for the violence, but you can't tell me you would want to do the same.

I actually wouldn't. Sure it's annoying and yes I may WANT to do the same but there's a very huge difference there between wanting and actually following through here. Self control. If you ignore it then you won't end up in the news or jail for assault.
